Thursday,  November 22nd, 2007  - Turkey Trot - 5k/10k RUN/WALK - PIERRE, SD
Registration: 8:00 - 8:45 AM morning of the race at the Pierre Chamber of Commerce office @ 800 West Dakota Avenue, near
Steamboat Park in Pierre, South Dakota. Registration fee will $5.00. Run and walk will start at 9:00 AM from the Lewis and Clark
Trail “0" mile marker and the route will be an out and back course.  Refreshments and pie will be served after the event; call

Thursday, November 22nd, 2007 - Run for Food - Sioux Falls, SD
Starts at 8:00am, Downtown Sioux Falls, 8th and Indiana
6(.2) mile and 3(.1) mile Banquet Benefit Runs
Suggested $10 donation to the Banquet Or food donation to the Food Bank
Run starts and finishes along Indiana by the Banquet [Eight and Indiana].
Runners want to run and runners want to eat; therefore we want to run before we eat on Thanksgiving.
Give us a purpose to get together and assist / remember others that aren’t as fortunate.
No registration.    No frills.    No T-shirt give away.     No refreshments.
Just get together to run with others; and support a good cause on a day to give thanks.
Please consider a goodwill donation and running with friends.
I have already been asked if non-runners can sponsor / donate funds to a runner.
Obviously, that’s fine; just bring the donation along with you that morning.
If others want to contribute or want to come down that morning and walk for a ¼ mile or a mile
prior to enjoying the rest of their day; that is also fine.   Everyone is welcome.

The courses will be a loop:
3.1 Short course; Indiana north to Third, over to Falls Park Drive, get onto bike trail,
go south on bike trail, get off trail at Cliff (and River Road) and head back--take Nelson, to Indiana
6.2  Long course; ; Indiana north to Third Ave. and Falls Park Drive; get on the bike trail and head south; go south to 26th Street
[Rotary Nolin Park]; get off of trail and take 26th Street west to Van Eps; take Van Eps north to River Road; cross Cliff to Nelson;
take Nelson over to Indiana and back to the Banquet

Saturday, November 24th, 2007 - 2nd Annual Warner Wobble Gobble - 1-Mile Walk & 5K Fun Run - Warner, SD
Registration begins at 9 am at the Warner Community Center – Race starts at 10 am.  Route will be around scenic Warner, SD.
Cost is $15.00 and a non-perishable food item.
Registration to J. Braun, PO Box 48, Warner, SD  57479 by November 15th to be guaranteed a one of a kind T-shirt on the day of the event!
No refunds.

Friday Night, November 30 - 6th Annual De-Light-Ful 5K - Luverne, Minn.
Start time 6:30 p.m.  Registration will be held at the Rock County Community Pool & Fitness Center beginning at 5:30.
Registration will be $10.00 and include refreshments and a meal following the race.
The race will start and end at the Rock County Community Pool & Fitness Center.
Sharkee's Sportsbar will be the site for the Post Race Awards Ceremony and meal.
This will begin shortly after the conclusion of the race. Awards will be given to the overall female and male winners as well as age group winners.
Special awards for runners with unique running ensembles, and runners wearing lights.
