December calendar is still being updated as we receive information about each race

Sunday, December 2nd, 2007,  4:30pm - 6th Annual SFARC Christmas Party, Sioux Falls, SD
This year's SFARC Christmas social and optional fun run will be at the Overlook Cafe at Falls Park. We have rented the building for the
evening. The club will provide food and drinks, but we ask if you feel energetic and feel like baking or bringing food along with you, that is certainly ok!
The run is optional, you do not need to run to attend this social. We'll have plenty of food for runners and those who choose not to do the run.
We will also have a few door prizes. If you would like to renew your membership, or join as a new member for 2008, you can do that as well.
Last year's party was a huge success and we hope to see you all again Sunday, December 2nd, 2007 at 4:30pm.

Saturday, December 29, 2007 - Deep Freeze 5k run - Royal, Iowa
starts at 10:30am at CC-E School in Royal, Iowa, register at 9:30am
this is a free race too. no t-shirts given, just encouraging people to run!
post run party with pot luck food, so bring what you please.
