Friday Night, December 2nd, 2005 - 4th Annual De-Light-Ful 5K - Luverne, Minn.
Start time 6:30 p.m.  Registration will be held at the Rock County Community Pool & Fitness Center beginning at 5:30.
Registration will be $10.00 and include refreshments and a meal following the race.  The race will start and end at the Rock County Community
Pool & Fitness Center.
Sharkee's Sportsbar will be the site for the Post Race Awards Ceremony and meal.
This will begin shortly after the conclusion of the race. Awards will be given to the overall female and male winners as well as age group winners.
Special awards for runners with unique running ensembles, and runners wearing lights.

Sunday, December 4th, 2005,  5:00pm - 4th Annual SFARC Christmas Party, Sioux Falls, SD
This year's SFARC Christmas social (and optional 4 mile run thru the Christmas lights at Yankton Trails park) will
begin at 5:00pm. The run (for those running) begins behind the Harold's Photo location on 41st St. in Sioux Falls. The club
will provide food and drinks, but we ask if you feel energetic and feel like baking or bringing food along with you, that is certainly ok!
The run is optional, you do not need to run to attend this social. We'll have plenty of food for runners and those who choose not to do the 4 mile run.
We will also have a few door prizes. If you would like to renew your membership, or join as a new member for 2005, you can do that as well.
Last year's party was a huge success and we hope to see you all again Sunday, December 4th, 2005 at 5:00pm.

Wednesday, December 7th, 2005 - 5th Annual Freedom Run—4 Mile Run/Walk - Rapid City, SD
(In Remembrance of Soldiers and Citizen Soldiers of Sept 11 and of Pearl Harbor Day)- -$15 Entry - Registration 7:00-8:10 AM, Run 8:10AM,
Walkers can start as soon as they are registered - Location: Fitzgerald Stadium parking lot off of Sheridan Lake Road.

Saturday, December 31st, 2005 - The Zoo Man’s 3 Mile Challenge - Adrian, Minnesota
10:00 a.m. Registration 10:30 a.m. 3 Mile Challenge Starts.
Runners and Walkers start at the same time. The race begins and ends
at The Counrty Corner 103 E Pearl Street Adrian, Mn.

The Challenge is for everyone to keep motivated through the winter months to keep
running, jogging, and walking. The 3 Mile Challenge with be held even if
the weather is frightful, we will try to make it delightful !

Entry Fee: $5 Dollars. Registration on the day only! Just come and run or walk. ( No T-Shirts )

3 Divisions For The Run: (Top three in each division will receive a medal)
14 and under Young Men and Young Women
Men’s Division (15 years of age and older)
Women’s Division ( 15 years of age and older)
No divisions or medals in the 3 mile walk.
