Saturday, April 7th

Missouri River Runners SPRING THAW 10 MILE RUN & 5K, Sioux City, Iowa

Race starts at 10:00 a.m. No make-up date for severe weather.

Start and finish at Sgt. Floyd Boat Museum - by the MO River, Sioux City, IA (I-29, Exit 149 Hamilton Blvd.). Course is run all on pavement - most on the flat, fast riverfront trail. Restrooms and changing facility will be available. No showers available.

32st Annual LONGEST DAY Marathon, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon,10K, 5K, 5K Racewalk, in Brookings, SD

Take your pick of the run you want to enter. Different course routes and starting times (Marathon starts at 8:00 a.m.). South Dakota's oldest running event. Big turn out of runners. Check out their web site www.brookings.com/striders .
