Start 12:00 p.m. for the 5K, in downtown Sioux Falls  (Fawick Park to Falls Park).   4:00 p.m. start for the 1 Mile (Main Avenue, start at 17th Street, finish between 5th & 6th on Main.  Straight mile course, paved road.)
