3 miles north and 1.25 miles west of Viborg, SD, Marathon starts at 7:00am, while the 5.3 miler and 2 mile walk

Registration forms will be available through Steve Wahl or the Chamber.  Registration will start at 7:30 AM.
the 10k and 5k will start at 9:00 AM, and the kids race around 10:15 AM.
We always have lots of door prizes and give awards to top three overall male and female in each distance and
age group winners (top 3).  The races are all out and back courses along (and over) the Missouri River.
The races will all begin in Barger Park, just off Main Street in Chamberlain.

Saturday, June 25th, 2005 - 5th annual MRR Pump and Run - Dakota Dunes, SD
Starts at Prairie Park in Dakota Dunes, SD at 7:00pm, participants will combine a bench press and a running 5k for this
event. Bench Press takes place at Peak Performance in Sioux City, IA, no lifting at Dakota Dunes prior to run. However,
you can do the 5k only w/o the lift if you want to. Register starts at 5:30pm on June 25th, entry fee, $13 for MRR runners
$15 for all others, $20 after June 13.

Saturday June 25th, 2005 - Lewis and Clark Challenge- One mile, 5k, 10k off-road trail running at beautiful Lewis and Clark lake, Yankton, SD
1. Smutty Bear Stroll is a trail stroll approximently one mile long and is intended for younger children and adults that enjoy a casual walk or jog in the woods. The views are second to none. (1 mile)
2. Break a Nail Run (3 miles) is for those who enjoy a little challenge and aren't afraid to "Break a Nail" will running on beautiful trails through the woods. The views of Lewis and Clark lake are like no other around.
3. Bust Your Balls Run (6 miles) is for those who won't back away from a challenge regardless of the consequences. This course starts with the "Break a Nail" run but continues on through more hills, valleys and great views of Lewis & Clark Lake along great wooded trails.
