Wednesday, June 2nd, 2004  Summer Games Track Meet - Week #1 - Lincoln HS, Sioux Falls, SD (Cliff Ave. and 41st St.)  Open to ALL ages and anyone can participate
Registration begins at 5 p.m. Field Events begin at 5:45 p.m., Running events on the track begin at 6 p.m. These meets also feature wheelchair events.

Friday Night, June 4th, 2004 - Buffalo Days 5k and 10k - Luverne, Minn.
5k and 10k runs starting at 7:15 p.m. at the Rock County Community Pool in Luverne, MN. Entry fee is $15 before

Races begin and end on bike trail beginning at 26th/Southeastern and going both directions.
Races are a fund-raiser for Leif Ericsson day camp.
Starts at 8:00 a.m. Entry fee is $15, $20 after May 24th

Saturday June 12th, 2004 - A Walk in the Park - One mile, 5k, 10k off-road trail running at beautiful Lewis and Clark lake, Yankton, SD
1. Smutty Bear Stroll is a trail stroll approximently one mile long and is intended for younger children and adults that enjoy a casual walk or jog in the woods. The views are second to none. (1 mile)
2. Break a Nail Run (3 miles) is for those who enjoy a little challenge and aren't afraid to "Break a Nail" will running on beautiful trails through the woods. The views of Lewis and Clark lake are like no other around.
3. Bust Your Balls Run (6 miles) is for those who won't back away from a challenge regardless of the consequences. This course starts with the "Break a Nail" run but continues on through more hills, valleys and great views of Lewis & Clark Lake along great wooded trails.
